主讲人简介：Dr. WeihuaMing is currently a Full Professor in Chemistry and the Distinguished Chair in Materials Science at Georgia Southern University. Before joining Georgia Southern in August 2011, Dr. Ming was a faculty member at University of New Hampshire (UNH) and at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) in the Netherlands.He received his PhD in Polymer Chemistry and Physics from Fudan University in 1998 and performed postdoc research at TU/e from 1998-2000. Dr. Ming’s research has focused on multifunctional, nanostructured polymer materials and coatings including: super-repellent, antimicrobial coatings; smart coatings for early corrosion detection and corrosion prevention; self-healing polymeric materials; and anisotropic particles and polymer hybrid composites.
