讲座题目：Overview of “Statistical Engineering”——统计工程综述
讲座内容：Process improvement is an important goal for many industries, especially within manufacturing facilities. A key part of this improvement is reducing the variation in process outputs. A structured algorithm called “statistical engineering” has been proposed. It has been effective in improving numerous diverse processes. This presentation will give an overview of the algorithm.
